No product no refund

This is regarding my refund from 2 kits of paragone by Renewed Life products. I called twice yesterday with no help.

I also chatted with a lady no help. My name on card was *****Here is the tracking number for the order. *****... My home was broken into, checkbooks stolen.

Someone there sent me an email saying that I could expect refund to be in the old account at least by yesterday. I did not receive my 68 dollars and odd change. The bank manager yelled at me because closed accounts are closed for a reason, they're not to used again. My phone had to go to Bark mobile, it was hacked so I couldn't get the order number.

I truly hope that someone there will care enough to look up the tracking number. I have been very patience but this is ridiculous. I did nothing but order a good product from you and I lost all the way around. Now, from what Bark says the hackers took over my Google account.

I don't know why there's no cards or money they can get. I detest people who do nothing but take from others. If they would put their evil into doing good for others, it would be such a greater world. Please see if you can help fix this issue.

I did receive the product, it made it to customs and that's it. I waited and after more than a month finally get an email to old account that my money would be in old account at least by yesterday,Friday Sept. 23. I placed the order on August 13.

I hope you understand why I am so frustrated with you and the bank. I told your people of the issue regarding closed account, no one cared. I certainly hope that this isn't how you handle all customers. If not, then why you act as if I never mattered?

I'm sorry for this feeling but I don't understand why you act and treat me like this.

If it is how business is conducted, you won't be in business another 25 years. I have never been treated so poorly by any company.

Item missing from Vitacost order

I received my order from Vitacost and was missing an item. They actually sent me a different item by mistake that I didn't order. They finally contacted me later that I after I couldn't reach them by phone or email and went through this website pissedconsumer.com. They said they would mail me my missing item but it hasn't arrived yet, been over a week now. They later sent me an email saying delivery was delayed. This is a good company and the first order I've ever had a problem with over many years of service with them. Hopefully they will come through for me.

CallI emailed them the day of the order about the discount advertised not being applied when I hit the button to apply it. I thought it would at checkout but it didn't so I emaiked them about it. Never heard back. My husband called after several days and got it handled appropriately. Why couldn't they have responded to an email? Take the email address off if you're not going to look at them or respond.

1 jar of Simple truth Kalamata olives 6 oz. was damaged in shipment. When I removed them from the package ,I found the cap had come off the jar and the olives and juice were in the shipping bag. I would like a replacement ,credit or refund.

I received a card in the mail from Vitacost for 12% off. When I put it in at checkout (my order was over $100.) it came up as invalid. After multiple attempts I did a "Live Chat" and was made to feel I was scamming them. The rep told me to place my order & she would "refund" the discount. Not acceptable

After several attempts to get answers as to why my order took so long to get, i received my eight bottles with on broken. This is the third time its happened. The last time I received a credit for the one broken bottle.

Vitacost - Fraudulent charge or mistake?
Vitacost responded to me timely but they said to dispute the credit card charge through the bank, and then that institution will contact me. There were no other transactions that were suspect. Did Vitacost make a mistake? If so, they didnt admit it to me.

Replacement of damaged goods

Vitacost has been great for me during the COVID shutdown, and tor vitamins & gf items. Lately I have had a couple shipments arrive with damaged contents from not enough packing material inside, or a damaged item was packed anyway. Vitacost does replace promptly when notified, good response. Package exteriors were not damaged, so better packing for protection would be nice.
