You'd think a big a company wouldn't forget to SHIP your order... well they did and I everytime I'd call they'd tell me to wait 30 days... I told them what's the point since my order wasn't delayed because of custom clearance but because NO ONE is handling it... 30 days later I call again, and then they tell me that apparently they never shipped it. Obviously. So finally I receive my order, 6 or 7 weeks after placing it, and the package used to ship my products was so cheap that some products inside the box shattered.. a whole mess.
I don't think it's an unethical company or dishonest, they are simply poorly organized. Their customer service and warehouse is severly out of synch. It is really shocking that if someone from the warehouse forgets to handle an order, customer service can do nothing about it.
I do not recommend Vitacost and will not place an order again
