Placed an order with Vitacost on 9/12/11 and the order became lost in transit. The order cannot be tracked;as the level of basic service the merchant has with UPS is that they will not take any liability or responsibility for any shipments.

I am in the process of trying to get a refund. Vitacost said they would reship the order UPS 2nd day, but another order error occurred in expediting the order where I would get it by Friday.

Now I have to go out and buy my supplements locally; after I have already paid $124 to Vitacost. I opened a dispute with paypal and now I am waiting for my refund.
