Because the prices offered were very good but I'd read several bad reports about VitaGlo.com, I wanted to get some assuranced from customer service that I didn't have anything to worry about if I placed an order with them. The guy in customer service was not cordial and put me on hold twice.

When he finally came back after several minutes, he was abrupt and then refused to allow me to ask my question because I was mentioning previous complaints, which he said he did not want to hear about.

He cut me off twice in mid-sentence, then started yelling, became rude and insulting and left me no choice but to just hang up. Terrible experience - very upsetting.
