I have been a Vitacost customer for years but no more.I placed an order on line and tried to cancel it within minutes by telephone.

I was told I couldn't - that it took about an hour to process an order and then I had but 15 minutes to try to cancel . I told the phone representative that I could not sit by the phone for the hour and wait to call within the 15 minute period and take a chance on missing that window. She told me I was out of luck!

Her supervisor confirmed it.Font deal with this company- their prices aren't that good and they font have free shipping on most orders.
